These really help with my anxiety and adhd. It helps calm my brain and give me something to do. I turn on a show, movie, YouTube video or a podcast. Just what I’m feeling like that day. I would definitely recommend these for people with mental health issues.

Great diamond painting. Pretty colors and easy to do. Don’t peel off the plastic sheet right away. Only peel back as much surface as you need to work on.
